Policy Here are some important policies to keep in mind for your upcoming appointment with us! 🌟 Deposit: - Deposits are required to secure your spot. - Remember, all deposits are non-refundable but do count towards your total service cost! Before Your Appointment: - Ensure your ENTIRE face is makeup and oil-free. - Avoid drinking coffee before your appointment. At Your Appointment: - Please refrain from wearing contacts. - Kindly keep your phone away during the service. - No food or gum chewing allowed during your appointment. After Your Appointment - After your lash appointment, it's crucial to follow the care instructions provided to ensure your lashes stay fabulous! Proper care will help maintain retention and keep your lashes looking stunning. - Remember, you have a 48-hour insurance policy on your lashes. If you experience significant lash loss (10 or more at once) within this period, you're entitled to a free touch-up. For touch-ups within a week, a small fee applies. After a week, it will be considered either a fill or a full set, based on the remaining lashes. Late Policy - You have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be charged. - If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be kept. - Please reach out if you're running late; I'm understanding, but no-shows will incur fees. Cancellations - If you need to cancel your appointment within 36 hours of your scheduled time, you are eligible to reschedule with the same deposit. However, it is crucial that you reschedule on the same day of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being retained, requiring you to rebook and submit a new deposit. No Call No Shows - Your deposit will be kept if you miss your appointment without notice. - Failure to contact us if you can't make it will result in a penalty. - Accumulating 3 penalties will lead to a booking ban. - Two consecutive penalties will also result in a booking ban. - Let's respect each other's time and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
